We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Civil Service Commission (CSC), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), or any other government agency.

PassPH ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

Information collected automatically

  • Device information (model, OS version, Advertising ID)
  • App usage data (practice test progress, features accessed)
  • IP address and approximate location (country level)

We use this data to improve the reviewer experience and for analytics via Google services.

2. Advertising & Third-Party Services

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your Advertising ID to serve personalized ads. You can manage these permissions in your Android device settings.

All ads are filtered to ensure they are appropriate for educational apps and are rated for a general audience.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain anonymized usage data for up to 26 months. In compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, users have the right to request the deletion of any personal data (such as support emails) we may hold.

4. Children's Privacy

PassPH is designed for users preparing for professional examinations (typically 18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us immediately.
